shares of Club50 Fitness on behalf of their client’ by offering

exorbitant amount sometimes in excess of $100 per share! The logic being
(their client) currently holds about 47% of the stock but needs a total
of
51% to ensure majority control. Of course most clients dismiss the offer
for
what it is FRAUD. The catch’ is the client will of course have to
pay a fee
